TLDR
- Samsung’s forthcoming Galaxy S23 has handed community certification according to a leak
- The leak also suggests that the Galaxy S23 will have a 25W charging speed.
- Samsung has used 25W charging for the previous 4 generations.
No subject how good a smartphone is, each individual unit has its flaws. For the Samsung Galaxy S22, one of its flaws is its sluggish charging speed. In accordance to a leak, it seems the up coming technology of the S line could also share this flaw.
A leak from Twitter consumer Ice Universe suggests that Samsung’s forthcoming Galaxy S23 has handed community certification. Even though there’s nothing all that interesting about passing a certification exam, what is appealing is the leak also exposed the charging velocity of the device.
According to the leaked information, the Galaxy S23 will have a charging speed of 25W. For reference, this is the similar charging typical Samsung has used for the Galaxy S22, S21, S20, and S10. So if this leak is accurate, then the Galaxy S23 will possible cost at the exact same level as this year’s handset.
This is regrettable news as 25W is 1 of the slowest charging speeds in the field right now. For illustration, the OnePlus 10 Professional boasts a charging pace of 80W in the United States, and so does Oppo’s Discover X5 Pro. Even the Iphone 13 Pro Max delivers support for 27W. Google statements the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro assist 30W, but we discovered that it actually tops out at about 22W.
Although it would be nice to see the Galaxy S23 update its charging to a thing increased, it is unlikely this would be a deal breaker for any one. But what do you feel about Samsung possibly heading with the exact same charging conventional that it applied for the previous 4 generations? Inform us in the responses under.
